Coffee
Loaf cakes are simple cakes to make that go perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee. Oreos are one of my favourite cookies so I decided to incorporate them into a loaf cake. Since this is a loaf cake it can take up to an hour until the middle of the cake is cooked. This cake will brown very quickly, so once the cake has baked for around 40 minutes cover the top with some tin foil.

Since I can not get cookies like this in the UK, I have decide to make by own. One of my favourites was the funfetti cookie; it is a simple cookie with a rich vanilla flavour and with a chewy center. It is kind of like a birthday cake in a cookie form! This recipe is the closest thing I could make that is similar to Schmackary’s Cookies.
